INQUIRY
A shaft-mounted bearing raceway ring is known as a shaft raceway ring, a seat raceway ring mounted on a bearing housing, and a circular orbital raceway groove for ball rolling on both the axle raceway ring and seat raceway ring.
There are two types of such bearings: single bearings that can only support one-way axial loads and double bearings that can withstand axial loads in both directions. Central thrust ring bearings for double thrust ball bearings with bushings, nuts, etc. for axial positioning.
Thrust ball bearings can not withstand axial load, and the lubricant will splash due to centrifugal force, not suitable for high-speed rotation of the occasion. When used on a horizontal shaft, attention must be paid to the clearance between the shaft rail ring and the seat rail ring to prevent the ball retainer from coming out of the rail.
The holder is made of steel plate, polyamine resin, high-strength brass, and low-carbon steel. Since it can be separated from the raceway ring, care should be taken not to deform it during operation.
