Ball retainer type LM Guide Ultra heavy load for machine tools SVR/SVS type
The SVR/SVS type is a product with high rigidity and high load carrying capacity in the ball cage type LM Guide series. Considering the environment in which equipment such as machine tools are used, a wide range of accessories are provided to enhance the dustproof performance, thereby achieving performance maintenance and high reliability of the LM Guide.
*SVR/SVS type is extremely rigid and is easily affected by the misalignment or installation error of the center line of the mounting surface. When affected by the above, it may result in shortened service life and poor movement. Therefore, please consult THK when selecting the model.
[Overweight load and damping effect improvement]
The SVR/SVS type uses a circular arc-shaped deep channel whose rolling surface curvature is close to the diameter of the steel ball. As the load increases, the contact area of the steel ball also increases, and high load carrying capacity can be obtained, and the damping effect (decaying property) is further improved.
[Improved dustproof performance]
The newly developed protector completes the foreign matter removal capability and enhances the dustproof performance. Moreover, the side scraper is used to reduce the intrusion of foreign matter into the interior of the LM block, and the performance of the LM Guide can be maintained for a long period of time even in a harsh environment.
The SVR/SVS type achieves high rigidity in the ball cage type LM Guide.
In addition, THK is also available in SVR type with radial load type of the same size and SVS type with four-direction load type. The product can be selecte-d according to the specifications.
It is equipped with end seal gasket, inner gasket, side gasket, multi-layer contact scraper LaCS, dust cover, side scraper, GC hole cover and other components, suitable for various environments.
Type and specialty

This is a model in which the height (M) and the width (W) are almost the same as those of the LM Guide SHS and HSR, and the flange of the LM block is threaded.
It has the same cross-sectional shape as the SVR/SVS-CH type, but the length of the LM block is longer (L) and the rated load is increased.
